Fireworks Permit Application Form

There are only certain areas within the city where consumer fireworks permits will be issued.  They are as follows: 

1. City parks except for Bethel Park

2. Open city property on the outside edge of the city such as the dike.

3. Undeveloped lands in which permission is obtained from the owner

4. Areas within the city where there is a sufficient/required safety zone that can be maintained - proof of permission is required

Note : Private residential properties will not be approved because of the potential for fall-out and resulting fire danger for the neighbors
